Data Deletion Instructions
Shipvox respects your right to control your data. You can delete saved data from your account or request full account deletion using the methods below.
Delete Saved Data In Your Account
To remove your saved content, reminders, profile events, and generated profile data while keeping your login account active:
- Log in to your Shipvox account.
- Open Settings.
- Navigate to Data.
- Use the delete-data action and confirm the request.
This removes the data Shipvox stores for your saved knowledge workflow. Some operational records may be retained where required for security, fraud prevention, legal compliance, or billing records.
Delete Your Entire Account
To delete your Shipvox account and associated data, email us at captain@Shipvox.comwith the subject line "Account Deletion Request". We may ask you to verify that the request is coming from the account owner. We aim to process verified requests within 30 days.
What Data We Delete
- Saved links, notes, highlights, summaries, and related metadata
- Interests, topics, vault organization data, and calendar items
- Reminders and WhatsApp reminder preferences, if enabled
- Generated profile data such as profile.md and profile events
- Account preferences and application settings tied to your account
What May Be Retained
We may retain limited records when required for tax, payment, legal, security, abuse-prevention, backup, or dispute-resolution purposes. Backup copies are removed according to our normal backup rotation.
