Shipvox provides tools to save links, highlights, notes, reminders, summaries, and personal knowledge workflows. You are responsible for your account, your saved content, and how you use the service.

• You must provide accurate account information.
• You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure.
• You must notify us if you believe your account has been compromised.
• We may suspend access if we detect abuse, security risk, or violation of these Terms.

You retain ownership of content you add to Shipvox. You grant Shipvox the limited permission needed to store, process, organize, search, summarize, and display that content so we can provide the service.

• Do not use Shipvox for illegal, harmful, abusive, or deceptive activity.
• Do not attempt to disrupt, reverse engineer, overload, or compromise Shipvox.
• Do not upload or save content that violates rights you do not own or have permission to use.
• Do not use automated scraping or excessive requests that harm service reliability.

Paid features may require an active Shipvox Plus subscription or other paid access. Prices, billing periods, features, and availability may change. Checkout is handled by our payment provider. Refunds are covered by our Refund Policy.

Shipvox may use automated or AI-assisted features to organize, search, summarize, or resurface your saved information. Generated output may be incomplete or inaccurate. You are responsible for reviewing output before relying on it.

We may add, change, suspend, or discontinue features. We may also update these Terms. If changes are material, we will take reasonable steps to notify users.

Shipvox is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties and are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of data, profits, or business opportunities.
